Requests received after this timeframe may not be accommodated as the order may have already been processed for shipping.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We strive to dispatch our products promptly to ensure timely delivery. Orders are typically shipped within 12-24 hours of receipt, with deliveries scheduled on all days except Sundays and national holidays. For areas serviced by major couriers, delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays. In regions serviced by India Post, delivery may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the location. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen logistical challenges may occasionally cause delays. Please note that Velvet o is not liable for damage occurring during shipment, and in such cases, refunds or replacements may not be possible.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
